Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta and Switch. Cheques should be made payable to RBBC.

Box Office bookings:

Our box office team are waiting to take your call or greet you here at the Harlequin. Please note there is a £1 fee on all credit/debit cards when booking in person or on the phone with a debit or credit card. I fyou would like your tickets posted to you please add an extra 50p to the cost of your tickets.

Reservations: Can be made in person, by telephone, email or post. Please contact the Box Office on 01737 765547 or email harlequin@reigate-banstead.gov.uk. Tickets can be reserved for up to 3 working days only. If payment is not received the tickets will be released for public sale.

Online booking is only incurs a £1 fee per ticket which cannot be refunded in the event of the show being cancelled or rescheduled. Please note when booking for groups or concessionary/discounted tickets that we advise you to book through our box office to minimise fees and ensure you are happy with your all aspects of your visit.

Box Office Opening Times

The Box Office is open for personal* and telephone booking Monday to Saturday: 10.30am - 8.00pm.

Please note: The Harlequin is closed between 3pm to 4.30pm daily.

Sundays: Open 1hr before a live event and half hour before films. Tickets for films are available to purchase on the day with cash or cheque only from the Cinema Kiosk on the upper foyer, or via other methods from the Box Office if open.

The Harlequin Building is open Monday to Saturday 10am – 3pm and 4.30pm – end of last event.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Latecomers will be shown to their seats at a suitable point during the performance.
• For the convenience of all our patrons, we request that mobile phones are switched off before entering either the theatre or cinema.
• The taking of photographs, sound recording or video is not permitted during the performance.
•  Concessions and special arrangements must be requested at the time of purchase.

FOOD & DRINK

Our Coffee Shop opens at 10am until 3pm serving teas, coffees, soft drinks, cakes and pastries.

Lunchtime Specials

Why not pop in for some of our great home-made food served daily between 12 – 2pm.

Bar

The fully licensed bar opens 12pm – 2pm and an hour before all live events. We advise you to pre-order your interval drinks to avoid queuing at the bar.

SHOW & SUPPER OFFERS

Look out for the Show & Supper symbols when browing the events. The symbols indicates where you can book a flavoursome supper in addition to your ticket to complete your evening at the theatre - for just £7.50 in the Harlequin Bistro. So why not make your evening at the theatre extra special – book now!

Give an experience with Harlequin Gift Vouchers - The perfect gift! Gift Vouchers are available from the Box Office to any value. Valid for one year.

REFUNDS

In common with normal theatre practice, once purchased, tickets will not be refunded unless the perfomance is cancelled. All tickets should be checked at the time of purchase, as once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded.
